Non-clinical psychotherapist. Working with care, relying on evidence-based methods.
Hello! My name is Anya, I’m a psychologist, and this is my website.
Choosing a mental health professional is not always easy, so I’ve gathered information here about myself, my principles and education. Hopefully, this will help you make the best decision!

How I work
I see therapy as a collaborative process between two people, where we set goals and choose methods together.
It’s important to me to work ethically and responsibly, staying honest and continuously expanding my knowledge.
I strive to understand each client’s unique experience—without oversimplifying, labeling, or passing judgment.
Collaboration
Integrity
Humanity
In my work, I integrate third-wave cognitive-behavioral therapy methods, primarily ACT and CBT, along with elements of schema-therapy, CFT, and FAP.

If these abbreviations seem unfamiliar—don’t worry! You can read more about these approaches in this article:
My main goal is to help you build a life you truly want to live. To do this, we will explore your life context, emotional and behavioral patterns, compare them with how you would like things to be, and work together to find ways to bring your vision to life.
